When the Adults Change Everything Changes – Leading Behaviour Change With Paul Dix & Dame Kathryn August

Course Overview

The day will be action packed with the morning and first part of the afternoon led by Paul Dix, internationally acclaimed author of ‘When the Adults Change Everything Changes. Paul will be talking about his work in schools and the leadership and culture changes needed when managing challenging behaviour change in school.

The final session will include a keynote from the inspirational Dame Kathryn August who has made huge impact in all schools she has led. Dame Kathyrn was Principal of one of the first city Academies in Moss Side, Manchester which opened in 2003 and became outstanding in 2008/09. Since January 2017, she has been Honorary Visiting Professor at the University of Salford Business School.

The day is ideal for staff working in Primary or Secondary settings.
