Literacy for Teaching Assistants
3 half day courses for Teaching Assistants delivered on the following dates:
These half day courses will follow on from training last year. Content will include shared writing and phonics. There will be a focus on basic skills training to include and consolidate subject knowledge of grammar, punctuation and spelling.
Outcomes: Good understanding of English subject knowledge across all year groups. A greater knowledge of the spelling system. A bank of spelling activities to support all children.
